I'm a dual-degree student at the University of Calgary, studying Electrical Engineering at Schulich and Finance at Haskayne. Right now I'm on the electrical sub-team of the Solar Car Team and writing C firmware in the Embedded in Embedded program. Before that I led the electrical side of an assistive robotic arm.

    • Selected through technical interview; wrapping up the current Helios vehicle and beginning design on the new Livery car.

    • Developing C firmware on a SAM3U2 (ARM Cortex-M3) / nRF51422 (BLE/ANT) board, mentored by industry engineers.

    EQOL Engineering Club

    • Split arm control between Python/OpenCV vision and an Arduino Nano over a custom serial protocol.
    • Wrote stepper firmware and PS4 teleoperation; designed 12 V power distribution with buck converters for servos.
    • Contributed to M.A.N.G.O., an assistive device for building grip strength.

    Hexagon Geomatics Hackathon

    • Processed GNSS satellite data with PPP and RTK corrections to solve location problems in Google Maps, achieving sub-2 cm accuracy.
    • Applied linear algebra in Python to solve coordinate-basis problems; presented the team's problem-solving methods to judges.

    • Built a meal-planning app with a team using Cursor, integrating QR code scanning, AI-driven inventory tracking, and a clean user interface.

    • Operated combines through harvest, logging 300-hour months; harvested, transported, and delivered grain.
